Update Notes - April 17, 2013

- Added Skywrath Mage!

COMMUNITY
- Added stricter system implementing communication (voice and text) bans for abusive players.
- Combined voice and text reports into a single 'communication' report.
- Reduced reports per week to 4.
- Removed ability for spectators to report players in-game.
- Reports now allow single selection of behavior type only.

GAMEPLAY
- Beastmaster: Fixed Wild Axes losing vision after the second cast.
- Doom: Scorched Earth now shows its duration on the buff icon.
- Lich: Fixed Frost Armor auto-casting while Lich is channeling.
- Magnus: Fixed a rare crash involving Skewer.
- Slardar: Fixed Slithereen Crush not slowing attack speed.
- Spectre: Fixed Haunt illusions moving while out of the game.
- Timbersaw: Fixed Timberchain travelling too fast.
- Timbersaw: Fixed Timberchain not latching quite far enough.
- Tusk: Fixed Tusk not issuing an attack order on the snowballed unit after the snowball crashes.
- Enabled Drow and Tusk to Captain's Mode (Tournament Version next week)

UI
- Added tab to the Watch section showing downloaded replay files.

VISUALS
- Riki: Added Smoke Screen and Blink Strike animations.
- Sniper: Added victory animations and more aggressive posing of idle, run and attack when enemy is in range.

BOTS
- Bots now know to avoid standing in Macropyre and Ice Path.

WORKSHOP
- Added a button to the preview that allows you to test your imported model in-game, in a local server.

Supporter sollte man nie unterschätzen die meisten Leute wollen die einfach net spielen weil man in Pub Games einfach nie anerkennung kriegt für gute Aktionen als Supporter auf Pro Niveau freut sich glaub ich jeder über so kompetente Supporter.
Ich sag Ganon auch immer das er net so tun soltle als ob er das game alleine gecarried hat sondern auch mal auf die anderen Leute achten sollte die ihm das erst ermöglicht haben.

GAMEPLAY
- Enabled Drow and Tusk in Captain's Mode (Tournament Version).
- Enabled Bristleback, Slark and Skywrath Mage in Captain's Mode (Latest Version).
- Invoker: Fixed Cold Snap being purgable.
- Skywrath Mage: Fixed hitbox being too small.
- Slark: Fixed Shadow Dance giving Slark flying vision.
- Slark: Fixed Shadow Dance granting passive bonuses to Slark illusions.
- Slark: Fixed an issue causing Shadow Dance's passive modifier to not update in the UI, despite being active.
- Slark: Fixed Dark Pact continuing while Slark is dead.
- Slark: Essence Shift counters on both Slark and enemy heroes will show the total duration ( i.e. the time that the most recent stack will expire.)
- Slark: Fixed a number of incorrect spell interactions with Dark Pact.
- Slark: Fixed a number of horizontal movement ability interactions with Pounce.
- Troll Warlord: Fixed Berserker's Rage bonus damage not being applied as base damage.
- Tusk: Fixed Frozen Sigil not affecting magic immune units.

WORKSHOP
- Added HUD Skins to the Workshop Importer.

Bin mittlerweile schon auf Level 8, aber immer noch so schlecht... Meine Microskills sind nicht so super, und was ich auch noch nicht so mag, ist, dass die Kamera fuer mich zu nah dran ist.

The International returns once again this summer to Seattle with a five day Main Event, starting on August 7th.

The first team invited to The International are the returning champions, Invictus Gaming. Twelve more teams will be announced over the coming days. Just like in last year’s event, the winners of the East and West Qualifiers will each receive an invite. As you’ve probably noticed, that only adds to 15 teams. Right before The International begins, the Wild Card event will determine the final spot in a match between the runner-ups of each qualifier.

The West Qualifier will be hosted by GDStudio from May 13th through the 19th and the East Qualifier by BeyondTheSummit from May 20th through the 26th. All matches will also be available for free through DotaTV.

For those interested in attending in person, we will be providing more info soon.

Wie bekommt man dann Item Belohnungen? Mit den Pennants ("Flaggen") der Teams:

Pennants are equippable items that allow users to show support for a team during tournaments, by increasing a team's Fan Level - visible in-game to other DotaTV users. Designated tournaments, such as The International 2, additionally allow for pennant holders to receive item drops. Anybody wearing a pennant representing any of the two teams involved in matches are eligible to receive tournament items from events such as first blood and multikills during that match - events are team-independant, e.g. a player wearing a Na`Vi pennant can receive drops from events triggered by iG.

Die pennants kann ich einfach im shop holn oder wie ?
Werd ich vll mir einen holen freue mich aufjedenfall auf ein paar epische Games. International ist ja wirklich groß ich finds klasse was die Dota Community nach und nach aufbaut.

Jau, einfach im Shop kaufen / auf Drop hoffen / tauschen. Keine Ahnung ob die auch schon zu den Qualifiern sowas haben (sind ja für extra Teams die nicht direkt eingeladen sind - Tendenz daher eher nein).

Mittlerweile hat dota 2 aber meiner Meinung nach das beste interface was ein Onlinegame jemals hatte.
