Faction Balances
Allied Changes
* Chrono Swap delay now only lasts for 5 seconds maximum.
* Allied Outpost gives additional health based on Tech level.
* Aircraft Carrier drones can now be issued new attack orders while in flight.
---Aircraft Carriers have been tweaked other ways using the SDK. Wait and see!
* Javelin Soldiers no longer lose their laser lock when an object is placed in their line of sight or when an MCV packs/unpacks or when a civ building is garrisoned/ungarrisoned.
* Cloak orb created by Mirage Tank can no longer be seen by the opposition.
Soviet Changes
* Flak mine damage has been slightly nerfed.
* Natasha no longer loses her target when a unit garrisons/un-garrisons a structure.
* Soviet buildings now only refund amount depending on the health remaining.
* When a Soviet player is constructing a building, it must stay in the build area during construction otherwise it is canceled.
Empire Changes
* Build radius is now given to during core unpack.
* Honourable Discharge no longer causes friendly fire damage.
* Striker-VX's now have a short pre-attack delay just after they transformed from Chopper-VX.
* Shogun battleship has been nerfed to its uprising variant.
--- Shogun has been tweaked after much testing using SDK, wait and see!
* Naginata has had a slight attack speed decrease.
General Game Improvements
* Added option to disable main menu music.
* Main menu music is now randomized, so the same song isn't always played.
* Fixed particles from wall destruction. No performance hit when multiple walls are destroyed.
* There is no longer a warning when a disguised infiltrator (spy/shinobi) is detected.
* You can now right-click on a production building while it is selected to reset its waypoint back to default.
* When PKs, Tankbusters and Conscripts are selected, display a different icon in the sidebar if they are in secondary mode (like with Tengus/VXs).
Global Balance Changes
* All Tier 3 Artillery can fire over/through walls.
Bug Fixes
* Naval units no longer get beached.
* Interface lag has been reduced as much as possible. Buildings no longer 'deselect' when about to be placed etc.
* Fixed Bug which would stop you from building aircraft from unoccupied soviet and allied airfields.
* Fixed bug where Chopper-VX's, Migs and Javellins would stop firing at their targets.
* Have fixed additional bugs from the Red3.org Buglist

We have come up with what we think is an improved layout for both the Allied and Soviet protocols. The empire one looked pretty good to us, but we are certainly open for suggestions.
