thats correct, but some EAS have more join requirements:

-cnc3 account
-ICQ or IRC, where the opponent can contact you
-trusted level 1

and what nami try to say:
Luxembourg is not in the list of countries and look @ http://www.esl.eu/de/player/945842/

edit: he has trusted 1 before he joins a 5on5 team(and become trusted 3)

Then how did he recieve the trusted 1/playercard?

Anyway forget bout this admin pmed me that i cant join anyway eventho he had no good reason (if u look at the rules) but i dont rlly care bout this game anymore too boring for me to only ffg.
