sixshot can play in the EAS if he will.
2 other cases of non german player in the EAS was grubby(wc3) and zacard(wc3).

But there are 2 problems:
1. you cant participate in the EPS, unless you live in germany.

But major point is:
2.Die ESL Playercard wird zunächst nur in Deutschland, Österreich, Frankreich, der Schweiz, Polen und Italien eingeführt. In Teamligen, in denen die Playercard Pflicht ist, kann für ausländische Teammembers in Ausnahmen die Playercard (nur Trustlevel 3!) beantragt werden.
This means, that the Playercard(for trusted 3, which is necessary for EAS) is only available in Germany,Austria,France,Switzerland,Poland and Italy.
Exception is it in team leagues with players which dont is there home country mentioned above.
All what you need is a passport.

3.8.5 Trusted Pflicht
Jeder Teilnehmer der ESL Pro Series muss ein Trusted Member (Trust Level 3) der ESL sein
(http://www.esl.eu/de/playercard/info/). Ist ein Teilnehmer kein Trusted Member, so ist er in der ESL Pro Series
nicht spielberechtigt.

A EPS Member MUST BE Trusted Level 3.

yes but eas only needs level 1 tho i saw u need to have a home in 1 of these countrys france/italy/germany/austria/swizz/poland to be able to recieve it but after you recieved it you can change location to whatever you want since u can be moved etc
