NO it is not worth it maybe a base look and special troop types but no skins are not worth it if you ask me.

Depends what the skins look like. And how customisable they are. On the whole probably not as they wouldnt add much to the game. If certain skins did different things like Green for example made the units tougher, red makes them stronger (but no bonus of green ofc), blue increases the range slightly etc. But i doubt they'd do that at all.

Only if they were quite cheap, I couldn't see paying more than the equivalent to one U.S. dollar on a skin that is purely ascetic.

-da ea das spiel eh so konzipiert hat das man nicht vorn mitspielen kann ohne etwas echtgeld zu investieren, würde ich nich noch zusätzlich geld ausgeben für ein paar grafikspielereien.

If the skin was awesome and the price low enough (like 200 funds), maybe. Most likely not, though.
