Habs früher kurz gehabt(damit mein ich jetzt vor 20min).
Tritt bei mir manchmal auf. Ich hör plötzlich dumpfer auf einem Ohr und einen anhaltenden Piepton, geht aber meistens nach paar sec. wieder weg.
