It's a good idea considering it's the only thing that can't be bought, but I have to say no because it would give some an unfair advantage. Making Repair Time available in crates is a good option just like CP.

For me... i feel that since u can purchase CP... u should also be able to buy RT... since in an attack we need RT n CP... normally we would use min. 12 CP to about 36 CP in an base or outpost attack... but in higher level bases we need to spend 6-10 hrs of RT per attack... and normally we run out of RT than CP...;((
