Ps i never asked for a EPS slot... i know that is for germans only but EAS aint... read your own rules wow -,-.

1on1 German EAS: Swiss and Austrian players are allowed, too
Team German EAS: 60% of the team and 60% of the lineup in matches have to be german. the rest can be from other countries. Dunno if this rule is in every team game. I saw it in WiC and I dont think its allowed in CS 1.6. But I dont know the rules of other games.
But in a 1on1 german EAS only players from germany, swiss and austria are allowed to play.

Ok so im studying in germany and i chose to not change my playercard untill its expired (so i dont have to pay 5 euro again which is allowed stating in the rules). So now im studying in germany with a trust level 1 playercard... Now how you gonna stop me from entering? Its rlly that simple cause passports come into place in EPS but not EAS.

darf man als Außenstehender mal fragen, WIESO diese Regelung besteht? man könnte sagen, Sprache, aber das ließe sich ja auch anders regeln als über Staatsbürgerschafts-Kriterien

2. falls es eine eps geben würde, wären Turniere dann definitiv ausgeschlossen, um einen Teil der Teilnehmer festzulegen?

Falls es eine EPS gibt, wird es keine Qualifikationscups geben, da wir schon eine EPS hatten und wir eine EAS haben.
Bezüglich EU und EPS:
Wir sind /de/cnc/ und nicht international und cnc.

melde mich mal nach ein paar wochen abwesenheit hier.

vieleicht könnte enzymir uns ja erklären wieso man wc3 german eas spielen kann ohne in deutschland zu leben.
die begründungen sind nämlich sehr überzeugend, sofern man willkür als überzeugend ansieht.

you are right sixshot, as i told you before, you may play eas. if the esl did not change their rules, you are entitled to play eas if you get the premium and playercard.
and as far as i know, they did not change any of that.

if not, just take them to court, and i am sure you would win this if you can get rotterdam and grubby to testify for you. (but then the esl might give u the right to play but exclude you from their leagues alltogether )

btw: grubby spielt weder EAS noch EPS Oo

gab schon ausländische spieler in der wc3 eas (rotterdam und ich glaube auch deadman), wobei die vllt einfach einen wohnsitz in deutschland angegeben haben und trotzdem in ihren heimatland wohnten. das sowas funktioniert hat man bei zacard gesehen. der hat eps gespielt, wohnistz köln angegeben, war aber fast immer in südkorea...

solange du einen offiziellen wohnsitz hast in deutschland ist das kein problem :P aber du brauchst auch einen deutschen pass. es ist nunmal eine Ger ladder.
