Versuche mal künstlicherweise eine Vermutung aufzustellen: Vielleicht hast du irgendwas falsch gepatcht.

Many common network setups these days have one of two things, a firewall or a router. Routers work in much the same way as a firewall for this purpose. They stop information from getting through. We will need to enable them to communicate with the game servers.

You will need the following ports to be opened to allow game traffic.
TCP ports: 80, 6667, 28910, 29900, 29920

If your firewall or router does not allow outgoing packets to open ports to incoming traffic, or you experience problems connecting to other players, you will have to specify which port you want Command & Conquer Generals to use for communicating with other players. To do this, perform the following steps.
Click on the Start button.
Click on the My Documents folder.
Double-click on the Command and Conquer Generals Data or Command and Conquer Generals Zero Hour Data folder. Depending on which game you are modifying.
Right-click on the Options.ini file and choose Edit.
It will probably prompt you with a message stating that Windows does not know what program to use to open this file.
Choose the option Select the program from a list
Scroll down and choose the program Notepad
Look for the FirewallPortOverride entry. If you don’t see this entry, add it as a new line. Then assign the port you want to use to the port override entry. After making this change, this entry should look like:
FirewallPortOverride = XXXX
Where XXXX is the port number you have chosen.
You will need to open the chosen port in your firewall for communication with players external to your firewall or NAT device. If you use the port override feature, the port you have chosen can not be masqueraded by a NAT device.

In addition, C&C Generals internet play is hosted by GameSpy. Here are the required GameSpy ports that need to be open in order to connect to other players via the GameSpy Online Service.
GameSpy:Working Around the Firewall / Proxy :
If you are behind a firewall/proxy and are able to change its settings, GameSpy Arcade needs the following TCP ports open in order to function:
6667 (IRC)
3783 (Voice)
27900 (Master Server UDP Heartbeat)
28900 (Master Server List Request)
29900 (GP Connection Manager)
29901 (GP Search Manager)
13139 (Custom UDP Pings)
6515 (Dplay UDP)
6500 (Query)

hab das first decade komplett deinstalliert auch den gamespy und alles neu draufgespielt. und siehe da:
JUHuhuuuuuuuuuu ich komme wieder online
ps. den uncut generals ZH hab ich im Gameladen gekauft das First Decade mit allen spielen von C&C hat knapp 35,- € gekostet. is aber alles english. deutsch is das eh häßlich.
@ admin kannst den beitrag closen bevor die spammer wieder aktiv werden

Wäre Nett wenn du ein Arbeitsprotokoll deines Establishmentkalkulators posten könntest,
fals das Problem auch mal bei mir auftreten sollte wenn ich ZH habe.
