Scanner Primax 4800 Direct unter XP

Moins ich hab hier noch 2 Scanner von Primax den 4800 Direct

Unter Win 98 läuft er tadellos, soll aber unter XP laufen was er nicht tut. Neusten Treiber hab ich getestet (für XP gibs keinen oder ich find ihn halt ned)

Kompimode ohne funktion

Scanner kann nicht initialisiert werden lautet die Fehlermeldung ansonsten bekomm ich ne DLL Fehlermeldung

Es soll ne Anleitung geben das er unter XP funzt, nur hab ich sie noch nicht gefunden...

Falls die einer findet bitte melden

Versuch es mal mit dem Windows 2000 Treiber und/oder den Kompatibilitätsmodus beim installieren.

To all of you Primax desperados out there! I’ve got a solution for the Primax 4800 (direct) on Windows XP! It worked for me anyway on XP pro.

Download the following files:
1. Twain_32.DS from http://www2.driverguide.com/uploads/uploads16/38080.html
2. primax4800.exe from http://www2.driverguide.com/uploads/uploads18/31042.html
Instructions:
1. Double-click and Install the primax4800.exe
2. Copy the Twain_32.DS into the following folders of your system: (Probably only one is needed, but to be on the safe side…possibly you only have one of those folders)

a. C:\WINDOWS\Twain32
b. C:\WINDOWS\Twain_32

3. Restart your computer
4. Start a photo manipulation program or even Word, and see if the scanner appears when you try to scan. Don’t look in the scanners and cameras control panel, you won’t find it there!
If it still doesn’t work try the following:
Download generic scanner module.exe from http://www2.driverguide.com/uploads/uploads12/21401.html and install it. If it says that dll xxx is in use and can’t be installed, click ignore and continue the installation. Restart your computer and try to scan.

Hab den 2000er probiert, der Scanner reagiert zwar auf Befehle wie LAmpe an aus und ist connectet aber ein Programm wie Omnipage oder so sagt es ist weiterhin kein Scanner installiert :/

Das andere kann ich ned testen da ichs ned einsehe für ein paar kb 10 $ zu zahlen zum runterladen
