EA Version - Balance Mod: The Changes from 0.1 to 0.4
Hi all
Ich hab mir mal die Mühe gemacht und eine Liste geschrieben in der jeder leicht nachvollziehen kann was in der in den nächsten Tagen kommenden 0.4 Balance Mod Version alles anders ist im Vergleich zur EA 1.2 Zero Hour Version.

All China
Gattling Tanks:
- Increased Gattling Tank experience to 0 - 80 - 200 - 300

Technicals:
- The primary weapon now uses gat damage and no more comanche vulcan
Radar Van:
- The radar van now detects stealth units in a larger radius

Ambulance:
- Decreased heal rate to vehicles from 8 to 5 HP/sec
Avenger:
- Added a 2nd anti rocket laser and decreased the delay of the two lasers from 500 to 400
- Slightly better armor vs JET_MISSILES
Sentry Drone:
- Drone Armor upgrade now also works for the Sentry Drone (+25% armor)
Battledrone:
- Increased heal rate from 5 to 10 HP/sec
Flashbangs:
- Increased primary damage from 25 to 35

Attack Outpost:
- Decreased slots from 10 to 8
- Decreased included Tank Hunter from 4 to 3
- Decreased hit points from 350 to 300
- Decreased heal rate non upgraded to 1% and when upgraded to 2% (It was 4% and 4%)
Advanced Troop Crawler:
- Decreased heal rate non upgraded to 2% and when upgraded to 4% (It was 4% and 4%)
- Decreased included Miniguners from 8 to 6
- Decreased slots from 8 to 6
Miniguner:
- Increased prize from 350 to 400
- Decreased damage to airunits from 12 to 10

USA Airforce General
- The Carpet Bomber now has to be activated in the Generals Experience Menu (Level 1 – 1 general’s point).

USA Super Weapon General
Aurora Alpha Bomber:
- Secondary attack damage decreased from 1000 to 900
- Secondary attack range decreased from 100 to 70
Avenger:
- Now available without Strategy Center
- Decreased prize from 2400 to 2000

Bugfixes:
- Aurora Alpha Bomber now got the right Design
- The Hellfire, Spy and Battle Drone now gets the correct armor when upgrading to "Drone Armor"
- Raptors and Stealth Fighters aren't recharged in the air anymore when buying the laser missile upgrade
- The easy visible bomb truck concealed as an avenger bug is fixed
- The computer didn't always recognise the battlebus as a unit - this bug is now fixed
- The rockets of the Commanche Upgrade RocketPod now are red if the commanche has reached
elite status.
- The map was sometimes slightly uncovered when building an avenger. This bug is now fixed
- ScudStorm Bug fixed
- Locomotor of sw, laser and air avenger corrected (they had the crusader locomotor)
- The correct Rangers now appear when a building from the Superweapon,
Laser or Airforce General is destroyed
- UpgradeCameos corrected
- Raptors and King Raptors now get the correct +25% damage when upgraded to Laser Missiles.
In Zero Hour 1.1 it was less than 25%
You can now aim at airtargets with:
- the Avenger
- the Outpost
- the Battlebus
- Humvee
