Help the Brit out! with his server error!

When i attempt to run Aceton 2.0 it attempts to connect, but port 10061 is blocked due to the fact I'm at University Halls and they seem to hate us using the internet.... I do wish to enter the ZH 1v1 torni but this maybe a major problem.... any help?

Are you talking about the local port that is used to connect to the aceton-server or is this error about ZH itself?
