Free Commander Re-Train
All Commanders have been granted a free re-train with the release of our latest update, Operation Menace. The update contains extensive balance changes for both American and Wehrmacht units and abilities. This one-time only Re-Train so invest your points wisely! Also take note that the Commander Tree is now found in the new Army Depot drop down menu.

Improvements
Party members that are still in game or on the warspoils screen will have a 'Waiting for player...' message displayed over their player slot in the lobby. The Party host will not be able to start or join another game while any party members are still in game.
Drop-down menus have been added to the main tabs to directly access any screens within the each tab.
When first accessing the Leaderborads the default leaderboard displayed is your highest rated game type. If your Commander does not have a any leaderboard ratings it will default to the 1v1 game type.
The guild chat tab will now flash if a message is received while the chat tab is not the active tab.
Heroes that are low on charges will be indicated on the Army Setup screen by an exclamation icon, which is displayed over the building that contains the hero.
Added a 'Connecting to Players...' phase to the automatch process. The connecting phase is displayed after a match has been established before the 3 second countdown begins.
The Leaderboard now has an 'All' filter option that will display 200 players across all Commander types and factions for both the Friends and Top 200 leaderboards.
The Elapsed Time drop-down is now displayed when entering a custom game.
In game spam block has been added, more than 5 chat messages or 5 pings in 5 seconds will result in a temporary communication block.
The /addfriend chat command is no longer case sensitive.
Re-ordered the tab system to group together similar options in drop down menus.
Wehrmacht Balance Changes
Wehrmacht Defensive Reactive Artillery ability
Enemy units inside the enemy Headquarters sector will no longer be targeted.
The Expanded Target Area upgrades will now increase the size of the target reticle displayed on the minimap.
Wehrmacht Army Item Fortify the Perimeter
The minimum range of the building Machine Guns has been reduced so that they can fire on units in close proximity to the structures.
Volksgrenadier Demolition Hero
The previous level 3 ability Cost Reduction and level 5 Large Bundled Grenade bonuses have been switched.
HMG - Firepower I Army Item
The Commander level requirement has been increased from level 8 to level 14.
Panther - Sharpshooter I Army Item
The Commander level requirement has been increased from level 7 to level 18.
Tank Guns
Target priority against AT-Guns has been reduced to 40 to match Infantry.
Pak38 Anti-Tank Gun
Accuracy against Jeeps has been reduced from 50% to 20%.
Flak 88 Anti-Air Gun
The target priority of Airplanes has been lowered below all other infantry and vehicles.
Contract Pioneers
The Command Point requirement for the Flak 88 Anti-Air Gun has been increased from 2 to 4.
Ostwind Flakpanzer
Reverted previous decrease to rate of fire, increased the shots fired before reloading from 5 to 15.
The target priority of Airplanes has been lowered below all other infantry and vehicles.
Puma Armored Car
The target priority of Airplanes has been lowered below all other infantry and vehicles.
The following changes are to match some CoHO attributes with CoH 2.601.
Goliaths
All veterancy has been re-enabled for Goliaths.
Veterancy 1 is a 15% decrease to the amount of damage that the units receives.
Veterancy 2 is a 15% increase to the maximum health of the unit.
Veterancy 3 is a 25% reduction to the chance of enemy fire penetrating the Goliath's armor.
Panzerfaust abiltity
Damage against Jeeps has been increased from 150% to 195%.
Damage against M8 Greyhounds has been increased from 100% to 130%.
Puma Armored Car
Max speed has been increased from 6.4 to 7.
Veterancy 1 has been changed from a 15% reduction in received accuracy to a 15% increase in health.
50mm gun reload time has been increased from 4-5 seconds to 5-6 seconds.
Health has been reduced from 350 to 310 HP.
Pak38 Anti-Tank Gun
Accuracy against Infantry has been reduced from 20% to 15%.
Accuracy against Airborne Paratroopers has been reduced from 25% to 15%.
Accuracy against Infantry with Elite Armor has been reduced from 25% to 15%.
Accuracy against Snipers has been reduced from 25% to 15%.
PanzerSchreck Anti-Tank Weapon
Damage has been reduced from 125 to 120.
Damage against Anti-Tank Guns has been reduced from 100% to 75%.
Flak 88 Anti-Air Gun
Damage against buildings has been reduced from 150% to 100%.
Halftrack
Health has been reduced from 360 to 310 HP.
American Balance Changes
Engineer Heroes and Engineer Riflemen
The suppression resistance for Engineer Heroes now matches standard Engineers.
Fales' Anti-Tank Gun Hero
The build time has been reduced by 50%.
Airborne Air-Dropped AT Support
The Fire Team support squads will no longer gain veterancy, matching the behavior of all other call-in units.
Armor Bounty
The Command Point requirement of the ability has been reduced from 1 to 0.
Greyhound - Firepower I Army Item
The Commander level requirement has been increased from 7 to level 14.
Supply Yard
The fuel cost of the 2nd supply yard upgrade has been reduced from 140 to 100.
Riflemen receive a bonus to experienced gained, 1st upgrade increases experience earned by 20% and the 2nd upgraded increases experience earned by 10%.
All Tank Guns
Target priority against AT-Guns has been reduced to 40 to match Infantry.

Accuracy against Bikes has been reduced from 50% to 20%.

Heavy Machine Gun Squad
Veterancy 2 experience requirement has been increased from 8 to 16.
Veterancy 3 experience requirement has been increased from 16 to 32.
Sherman Tank
Veterancy 1 experience requirement has been reduced from 15 to 12.
Veterancy 2 experience requirement has been reduced from 30 to 24.
Veterancy 3 experience requirement has been reduced from 50 to 32.
The blast damage of the 76mm gun upgrade has be improved by 5% for medium blast range and 10% for distant blast range to match CoH 2.601.
Damage against buildings reduced from 75% to 50%.
.50 cal accuracy at short and medium ranges reduced from 35% to 20% and long range reduced from 20% to 10%.
.50 cal burst duration reduced from 4-5 seconds to 2-3 seconds.
.50 cal rate of fire reduced from 7 shots/second to 6 shots/second.

The veterancy 1 bonus has been changed from 0.8 received accuracy to 15% bonus to max health.

Veterancy 1 experience requirement has been increased from 4 to 8.

Veterancy 3 experience requirement has been increased from 16 to 32.
Anti-Tank Gun Squad
Damage against buildings has been reduced from 45% to 30%.
Accuracy against moving heroic infantry has been reduced from 50% to 35%.
Accuracy against Snipers has been reduced from 50% to 35%.
M8 Greyhound Armored Car
.50 cal accuracy and damage against pinned units has been reduced from 45% to 25%.
.50 cal accuracy against suppressed units has been reduced from 100% to 75%.
Fire-Up and Sprint abilities
Units that use Fire-Up or Sprint will suffer exhaustion immediately after the ability duration is complete. Exhaustion will last for 10 seconds.
Weapon Cooldown times are increased by 50%.
Weapon Reload times are increased by 50%.
Weapon Burst durations are decreased by 50%.
Movements speed is reduced to a walk while exhaustion is active.
Bazookas Anti-Tank Weapon
Penetration against Panther Skirts has been reduced from 15% to 11%.
Penetration against Panzer IV Skirts has been reduced from 45% to 34%.
Penetration against Stug Skirts has been reduced from 33% to 25%.
Damage against Panther Armor Skirts has been increased from 50% to 113%.
Damage against Panthers has been increased from 75% to 150%.
Damage against Panzer IV Armor Skirts has been increased from 50% to 120%.
Damage against Panzer IVs has been increased from 75% to 160%.
Damage against Stug Armor Skirts has been increased from 50% to 75%.

Recoilless Rifle Anti-Tank Weapon
Damage against Panther Armor Skirts has been increased from 50% to 75%.

Panzerschreck Anti-Tank Weapon
Damage against Wehrmacht tanks with Armor Skirts has been increased from 50% to 75%.
Bug Fixes
An issue that would sometimes cause vehicles to receive duplicate criticals while at 5% has been fixed.Vehicles that have been hit by a shot that has penetrated its armor should either receive a destroyed/damaged engine, destroyed main/secondary weapon, broken treads or be killed.
Wehrmacht and American Snipers will no longer attempt to seek cover during combat, except to move away from explosions.
Fixed an issue that caused sync error when a Paratrooper squad was reinforced on a destroyed bridge.
Fixed a crash on mission one of the campaign that was caused when a medic was selected.
Fixed an issue on Red Ball Express that sometimes caused an error sometimes when units were retreated.
Wehrmacht Army Item Halftrack Perceptive Drive I and II now properly apply a camouflage detection radius to the unit.
The American Infantry Attrition Soldier Draft I and II upgrades descriptive text was changed from 15 to 20 seconds to match the duration increase of the upgrade.
The manpower cost of the American Skilled Sherman Crocodile Hero is now correctly reduced for levels 3 to 5.
The armor piercing rounds ability has been moved for axis captured HMGs, so that the ability will not overlap any of the construction menu icons when the unit is garrisoned in a forward barracks.
Fixed an issue that caused the cost of an artillery barrage in the Howitzer to be reset to the default 40 munitions cost if the gun was re-manned by the player.
Fixed an issue with burst weapons that caused them to fire more times then intended.
Fixed an issue that occasionally caused AI take-over units to not do anything.
Fixed an issue that caused all players in a multiplayer game to lose connection to the server and grant the win to the host's team if the host lost their connection to the battle server.
