The song is from the 70s i think, A lady sings it. These are some of the words i think she says "You can boogie, la disco(or love disco), love that disco town, move on, your body, spinning round and round". There is a 90s remixed version of the song, it is called rock the disco by discomaniax. The same lady sings in that song and says the same words as above. The song is also used in the stars on 45, beatles medley. The first song stars on 45. Just b4 they say "the stars on 45".

the song you're looking for does not exist as stand-alone-song. It's just the beginning of the "Stars on 45"-Hit "Stars on 45". This group was only a studio group (as fas as I know from The Netherlands). They never had life concerts, it was just a virtual band. They were succesfull with some Medleys of famous Oldies from Megaseller-Bands like Beatles, Abba, Stones and so on.
Their most popular song, also called "Stars on 45", is a Medley of Beatles-Songs (and some other Golden Oldies like Sugar Sugar!). It starts with those lines you mentioned about Boogie and Disco and continues with "... but don't forget: the stars on 45 keep on burning in your mind ...". These lines introduce the rest of the song: samples of famous songs.

I have a record of this group with all the credits for the songs they sample. For the start lyrics above the credits say just "Stars on 45". So I'm sure this is not a particular song!
