I'm about to start watching one of my favorite movies of all time, K-PAX. I remember seeing K-PAX in theaters when it came out, it's hard to believe that was 9 years ago (2001). I now look back and can't help but think that these last 10 years have gone by so fast. I also can't help but think how I haven't really lived for the past 10 years of my life.

I missed out on almost my entire high school life. I have one and a half years left of high school, I think it's time I start living. I spent the better part of the last 6 or 7 years on the Internet, Battle.net (StarCraft: Brood War), to be exact. Even when with my real life friends, all we ever talked about was my forum, the Perfect Forums, which everyone seems to love.

I don't blame the Internet for me not making the most of my high school life. I blame the only person responsible, myself. Well, I'm getting a little off-topic now. So, my next paragraph will be back on topic.

I remember in 2001, when my grandparents, parents, cousins-to-be, and myself were at a movie theater in South County, Missouri. We were watching K-PAX, I didn't really understand it then, I was like 8. I watched it for the second time about a year ago, and I love it, it's really an interesting movie, and it really makes you think. One thing I really like about it, is that it has no set-in-stone ending or story, it's really just how you interpret it.

Well, the movie is about an individual who claims to be an alien, from the planet K-PAX. He is then put into a mental institution, when he is arrest at Grand Central Station, New York. The doctors at the institute run tests on him, and are alarmed by the results. What happens next is...something you'll just have to see for your self.
