Ignore them. Just post nice replays and only answer if they ask you something or they congratulate you to your well played game. Don't say anything when they troll around.

Nah, we just post replays and then they are being rated by all users that want to rate them. Indicated by the star in the upper right corner of the replay parser, you can see what people vote for. Everything above a 6 is still good. There are some trolls who abuse the system though, by just rating 1 for players they don't like for any reason. That's also why a replay of mine got only a score of 6.8 and was voted replay of the month in RA3. Three guys voted a 1 just because they don't like me or the other player.
