Pretty tough accomplishment since empire is obviously incredibly hard to play.

I could do only empire aswell since my empire actually beats the allieds you lose to (sofronel/firgli).

And in ls3 time + before that alot of the empires where better then you and did better.

You are still 1 of the best players from ccup era tho no doubt about it and to say you won 13? ccups cause of your faction is silly indeed.

I think this is due the reason that many people either stopped playin empire, or stopped playin RA3 at all, or at least throttled their activity. Most people vary about their army, e.g. Technique or Proffloff. I recently saw em playin empire, too.
