Ist gut aber Repzeit könte die halfte sein.

Ein Nein meinerseits. Der Kosten/Nutzen Faktor is nicht ganz stimmig da man eindeutig zu wenig ressourcen bekommt.
Aber sont macht PVP auch locker fun.

Nö, nur wenn einen der SLA´ler mit den gefühlt 150 Accounts wieder ärgert, dann greift man mal auf die angesammelten CP-Kisten zurück und schlägt zurück.
Ansonsten macht PVP wenig Sinn, das ist ja eh mehr Farmville als sonst was.

One high level player can base rape tons of weaker players. for example someone with lvl 19 offence lvl 17 defence. if this player goes to a new section on the map players at lvl 12 can do nothing but relocate....

Wie viele schon geschrieben haben: Das Off -> Deff Verhältnis passt nicht. Dort ist das Defizit einfach zu groß.

it is too costly and a slow process, however i understand why. The only issue is, i can only find reasons that encourage people to spend real money on the game
