What is the "Draco" skin? What video game is that?

You have skins for The Saga of Ryzom and some sort of "Draco" thing, but I can't find their forums. I can however find the StarCraft II one.

There is a small window at the bottom left of every page. If you click there, you'll get a view of all the different styles.

It´s just the name of the skin (changes the backgroundimages and colors of the forum), no game.
