German LAN tournys + prizes.

Ok so i readed gr where apollo said that dackel had made over 30k from cnc3.... personally i dont believe this cause i made a topic here back in 1.04 asking if there where any good prizes on these lan tournys in germany and every1 said only crappy prizes like some sound cards etc..... So which is true?

u gottta COLLECT.

that means do a LOT of lans and then it simply sums up.

f.e. EAMasters, u gotta play on something like 10 or more lans and in the end tourny u get a Laptop.

You also have to deal with the other side of prizes. LANs are not for free. It's not free to get there too. All in all I think DackeI didn't make that much money so that he'll become rich in the future...

No, Dackel get all payed by his sponsors, trip + entrence + hotel.

He wins a lot these year, but also lose one of his prizes. last weekend, on the lanmount, his notebook was stolen including his tickets to drive home.

For those who are german here.
Grade durch Zufall in das CnC3 Forum geguckt und gleich sowas gelesen.Das kann garnicht sein, dass einer mit CnC3 30k € macht.. Dollar VIELLEICHT aber niemals Euro..
Ich kann nur von CS Source reden, behaupte aber, dass es dort wesentlich mehr zu gewinnen gibt.. Und selbst dort sind solche Summen in einem halben Jahr, zumindest wenn man nicht weltweit das Maß aller Dinge ist, utopisch.Ich lass mich aber gern eines besseren belehren falls Dackel hier ab und zu reinguckt.

it was also Dackels fault, it was not secured by a Lock or something else. I take my notebook with me, too. But i locked it with a lock on the desk/tabel.

I think he doesn´t earn a lot money these year, but he wins a lot of prizes, like notebooks, graficcards, a littel bit cash. So it could be all in all 30k$ or €. But i think apollo means that Dackel get these summe in his hole e-sports career. that would be possible. And these career is about more than only one year
