Juggernaut. Juggs in GDI is more effective than Avatar in NOD. It needs less RP and 2.5 range and when 1 GDI get it has a lot of progress. Repairing is the coolest thing that avatar has but has less effectiveness against its rival in GDI (mammoth) because of its range. In contrast juggs hasnt less effectiveness against its rival in NOD (Spector) because of its speed and cost!
