An important point which is to be stated would be the serious reporting, because such is indispensably for the society, because many people depend on the media to pass on political and also inactive news or to evaluate. In particular in the today's economy the media play an important role, because her information influences the stock market course decisively. Contrary in addition stands of course the "sensation lecherousness" which exists in the human nature and is embodied by the ""Bild" newspaper", because selbige many exaggerations and rumours spread to appeal through this to a higher edition and to reader's number. In particular through this the danger of the discrimination of persons, as for example from "Andreas Türck" which exists by a preconviction in the media, because he was denounced as a rapist, has remained till this day without new employment, although he was acquitted. Another point him is to be stated, is based on the fact that are uncovered in particular by the new media Scandals and these are useful of course to form a judgment about people and also to uncover criminal offences. One considers the contributions affair of the CDP or also the briberies in the football. However, the private sphere of the affected persons must be always protected, because this is higher to be evaluated than the real freedom of the press, because the more often seems it that people are shown up and in the connection a denial in these circumstances appears, however, the disgrace for the partners is so big that it mostly comes to hearings which only one expression of coated press work are. There is to be stated also the high model effect which are obligatorily for the media, because they take a representative role in the society and have objective impressions and passing on of information to the basis. A dramatic example would be for this the death of princess "Diana" who was just pursued by press scales and only to catch a few photos, an accident originated which it cost at last the life. However, also this becomes by credulous spectators and readers often by subjective Beifügungen which often misunderstood to find in newspapers or telecasts and with it in a wrong direction guidedly. Against it speaks, but the human thinking which distinguishes us to think since even about things and to form own opinion to us and not to hold responsible anybody other for our action and body of thought. A topical point is the caricature of religions and politicians which is also often shown in media, because selbige on a narrow degree strolls between personal arrogance and prejudice-afflicted accusations. The discussion about Mohammed Karikaturen was exemplarily for this. These representations can be also looked by a morally despicable side and not only from journalistic view by which the picture would change for the reader what is not done, nevertheless, by the media consciously, because these would denounce themselves otherwise themselves. Also the passing on of information under certain circumstances should be incumbent upon a more strict control, because, for example, power is on television in the agenda or prepublishes "The Sun" the Christmas address of the queen what released a scandal.
