RTS its meant to be played on the PC. Thats the Plattform where it belongs, also u dont have full patch suport on the Console.

But if i had an XBox i would rather play Tiberium Wars, guess the Xbox version is available in Patch 1.09. But im not sure... TW Singleplayer is also quite entertaining, at KW theres only one Nod Campaign.
