Apoc will CnC3 Clan Support Feedback

Hey guys,

I am gathering some intel on what people think about the clan features for Command & Conquer 3.

I am most interested in knowing the following from anyone who uses clans for C&C 3 whether its on our official clan ladder or Clanwars.cc, or anywhere else clan related.

How do hardcore community clans do their day to day activities? For instance, how do you hold practices? Do you host multiple password protected 1v1 games at a certain time?

Do you visit commandandconquer.com often to check your profile?

What clan support features is C&C 3 missing? Is there any RTS game which has great clan features that we could take some key learnings from, a best practice.

How beneficial is in game clan support? Does it matter to you as a clan member? Do you prefer to create your clans outside the official game?

How important is the Clan 1v1 and 2v2 ladders?

• Wie spielen hardcore community clans ihre Tag für Tag Aktivitäten? - Wie oft training? Werden mehrere passwort geschützte 1on1 Spiele gehostet?
• Besucht ihr commandandconquer.com um euer Profil zu checken?
• Welche Clan Support Features vermisst ihr in CnC3? Gibt es ein RTS Spiel, welches großartige Clan Features hat, von denen sie lernen können?
• Wie nützlich ist der ingame clan support? Ist es euch als Clan Mitglied wichtig? Bevorzugt ihr euren Clan ausserhalb des Spiels zu erstellen?
• Wie wichtig sind Clan 1on1 und 2on2 Ladders?

My Feedback:

- I would like to have an active Clanladder for Clantraingames. In Ra2 we didn't trained, we just played on the official Ladder to get good opponents, which made us better - end of month we started playing for rank (montly reset rocks) ---- In CnC3 isn't really an active league and it is hard to find opponents, imo due to the fact that the ladder is far from beeing perfect. So we are trying to get 4 Clanmates together in order to get 2on2 traingames. 1on1 train most times is done by games with observers and all players beeing in one teamspeak channel.

- Since the ladder doesn't show me the informations i want to see, no i don't visit the official site - in contrast i did visit the official ra2 site almost daily during my active ra2 time

- What Clan Support Features is CnC3 missing?

Additional Features as: "post chat message to all clan players ingame" "let players join clans ingame" "show clanstats online" "lobby command for clanstats */cs sCa* for example gives a chatmessage about rank and win/loss ratio" "clangames protected, so just players who actually do have a clan can join"

- In game clantag is awesome, beeing able to create ingame clangames is awesome, if you improve the ladder, activity will rise big time (improvements as in: http://mooff.united-forum.de/clanimp.jpg )

- Clan combined is by far more important than having seperate ladders for 1on1 and 2on2.

1. Jeden Tag knapp 2 Stunden wenn überhaupt, da CnC3 nicht den größten Skill beansprucht wie manch andere RTS Games. Passwort geschütze Games werden immer bei Clan internen Games gemacht.

2. Ja relativ oft.......

3. Man sollte mal sehen gegen wenn man alles gespielt hat. Verbesserte Automatchsuche!

4. Ja es ist sher wichtig!!

5. Inmoment sind sie garnicht wichtig da man einfach keinen Ansporn hat darin zu spielen und weil es niemanden juckt.


Srry kann Englisch nicht soooo gut aber hoffe es hilft euch ein wenig.
