It seems, that the filename is too long for a vBulletin Board.
So the "zip" in the file extension goes to a single "z".

100 chars are the maximum for filenames vBulletin supports.

If you put both files in a single zip with a smaller filename it should work.
The support of the filenames of files in a zip is done by the ReplaySystem and goes to 255 chars.
