gelöst Problem beim CMS installieren

Hallo, ich wollte gerade ein CMS installieren, alle Daten wurden Fehlerfrei hochgeladen, wenn ich auf die install.php möchte, wirft mir der Browser folgenden Fehler entgegen:

Jemand n Lösungsvorschlag?
Liegt das an Serverrechte?

Bin drauf gekommen, sorry, war ein Leichtsinnsfehler, musste die HTACCES Datei verschieben!
