Naja, 1.5 ist noch nicht einmal draußen, aber ich hab mir durch gedankenspielerei schonmal Patch 1. zusammengedacht. Ich wollte einfach mal eure Meinung darüber hören. Anmerkung: die changes sind natürlich unter Brücksichtigung der changes von Patch 1.5 erdacht worder 
Ok, here is my personal 1.6 changelog @27.5.07
, plz discuss it and @ EA, plz try some changes out 
General changes :
-Cost of Battle Tanks increased by 20%
-100% increased Duration for settling up an Explorer unit
-Full load of green Tiberium cash reduced to 2000 ( from 2400) and Blue Tiberium reduced to 3000 ( from 4800 )
NOD changes:
- flameattacks have a far bigger attack radius( maybe give them an ability to hit a large amount of units in 1 strike like the dragon tank in c&c generals, Flame attacks clear automaticly all buildings/bunkers within their area of attack
- black hand cannot be crushed anymore, just like the other heavey infantry of GDI/Srin
-stealth Tanks shoot their ammo in a Volley ( like firehawks in 1.5)
-scorpions anttack dmg with lasers increased by 200%, but decreased their attack speed to 20%
- Avatar can destroy enemy tanks in melee combat ( like eating hos own units for upgrades ). Enemy Nod Tanks will still give him upgrades like they do ya, but further Avatar repairs himself immediately to 100% by eating the enemy tank, that will be destroyed as it would be crushed ( note: eating of mammoth allwoed and Tripods without shield )
- change bomber cost to 1000
-laser upgrade for venoms will become a seperate upgrade ( cost 2000 )
- Fanatic´s cost changed to 600
- shadowteams lose their pistols to kill Infantry and lose invisibilty while on ground ( thus making the shadowteam easier to catch)
Gdi changes:
-Railgun upgrade does not provide a better +20%effectiv dmg vs Infantry
-orca cost reduced to 750
-firehawk cost reduced to 1000
- Rocketguys get the ability to make a bunker like the soldiers, but with only 1 slot
-grenadier cost reduced to 600 , increase the area of their grenades, making it possible to kill masses of Infantry fast
Scrin changes:
-Desintegrator that get crushed activate an emp that attacks the tank that crushed him
(duration of emp is 5sec)
-Devourer Tanks with Tiberium get +50% range in addition to their +50% dmg
-Korruptor can suicide for instantly repairing a tanks near to it to 100% and killing enemy infantry
