Map.ini ---> spawn bunkers with soldiers inside (help~)

Does anyone know how to use a map.ini file? I want to spawn a couple of INF-bunkers with 9x INF-Tankhunters and 1 Pathfinder inside for PlyrChina. Please help me ^^ this is the only thing I need to finish my gigantic single player mission.

I only know how it works with scripts. But I have no idea how the map.ini file has to be edited. Does it HAVE TO BE with the map.ini?

It might not even be possible. Luckily I've fixed the problem that stopped me from using the standard method. I think it might have been that you can't garrison teams outside of the active borders. Thanks for your answer though.
