I have problem with aceton. I can't connect and I can't create a new account.

When I try to log, the error message is: Accountname wrong!

When I try to create a new account, the error message is: Can't create account. It already exists.


Can someone help me with this problem?

Please, answer in english. I can't understand german.

All of them give the message ...It already exists.

When I type any name, but with the password I want to use, the error message is: Accountname wrong!
