How do I relocate to a new map section?

It used to under options, and now it's not and I have spent 15 minutes trying to locate the button and failed...HELP

On Top,Right you can see a Button called "Map", when you click on it, there is a new window with the relocate button. Just click at the map region where you want to relocate and then on that button...

THANKS it's also because I am a dumbass and attacked someone and then couldn't move for 24 hours I think!
