Problem bei Games for Windows Live

Schönen guten morgen,
ich hoffe ich find hier endlich jemanden der mir kompetent helfen kann

Ich habe folgendes Problem:

Ich habe Vista gehabt und bin vor nem monat auf Win 7 Pro 64bit umgestiegen.
Soweit ja nicht schelcht, das Problem tritt nun aber auf, das ich nach der Installation von Steam und DoW2, eig wie immer bei Games for Windows Live mich anmelde und mir wieder meine Unlocks runterladen will ( habe die Steelbox von DoW2 mit den neuen Farben und den kits). Wenn ich das nun aber mache dann sagt der mir das die Daten nicht stimmen und die installation nicht durchgeführt werden kann. Fehlercode 80004005 (bin grade auf Arbeit also kann ich später am Nachmittag genauere Infos ( Screenshot oder so ) nachliefern).
So oke , ich hab dann halt rumprobiert, UAC komplett aus ( bin Administrator am PC) DoW deinstalliert,registry gereinigt,neustart,neuinstalliert wieder GfWL angemeldet, selber fehler... Dann hab ich mich an den THQ support per email gewendet. Von denen kam dann die antwort das ich das was ich gemacht hab, nochmal machen soll und Steam neuinstallieren soll wenn UAC aus ist. Hat auch nicht geholfen, außer lange vorm PC gehockt.
Ich weis mittlerweile nicht mehr weiter und mir vergeht echt die Lust auf DoW2, ich will meine Sonderfarben
Oke also es stört mich halt das ich mein Skin für die SM nicht mehr erstellen kann mit meinen Farben. Ich weis nur halt nicht woran das liegt das er es nicht Installieren will.
Bin über jeden Ratschlag dankbar.

Problem gelöst, Fehler 80004005

Habe das Problem behoben bekommen, nach etwas suchen und hin und her ( NICHT durch hilfe des THQ supports, die mir geraten haben das Spiel doch einfach zurück zu geben wenns mir nich gefällt, worums ja garnicht ging... also support = Flop) habe ich in einem Forum eine Beschreibung gefunden wie ich den Content Herunterladen kann und es auch funktioniert.

Ich poste hier mal die Anleitung, falls jemand das selbe Problem hat oder mal bekommen sollte. Ist allerdings in Englisch

Error code 80004005


Possible solution

(Steps for Windows Vista and Windows 7 and xp paths)

First go into the Games for Windows LIVE Marketplace

Click on the "DOWNLOADS" Tab

Cancel and delete the download.

Exit and close the GFWL Marketplace Client.

Click "Start" Search -> CMD ->

In cmd type

bitsadmin /list (This will list the current jobs, If there there is no jobs pending skip the next step)

type

bitsadmin /reset (this will clear the current job queue)

In Windows Explorer navigate to the following folder

C:\Users\(Windows UserAccount)\AppData\Local\Microsoft\XLive\Content\ (This may be a hidden folder)

Delete the contents of that folder

Navigate to C:\Users\(Windows UserAccount)\AppData\Local\Microsoft\XLive\Syscache

Navigate to C:\ Users\(Windows UserAccount)\AppData\Local\Microsoft\XLive\DLC\5451082D

Delete the contents of that folder

XP:

C:\Documents and Settings\UserAccountName\Local Settings\Application Data\Microsoft\Xlive\DLC\541082d

C:\Documents and Settings\UserAccountName\Local Settings\Application Data\Microsoft\Xlive\Content

C:\Documents and Settings\UserAccountName\Local Settings\Application Data\Microsoft\Xlive\Syscache

Delete the contents of those folders

Then reload the client and try to download and install again.

Ja, vielen Dank. Wusste dir leider nicht zu helfen, aber schön das du es auch ohne Support geschafft hast
