Yeah the Star-Mammoth is too hard, nearly unbeatable but optical had quite some Stuff in the End, just forgot to build up his mcv and get his economy back on.
And you should try and lift your orcas off the pad when its being destroyed, quite expensive planes thou

Very nice game indeed overall, two evenly matched players fighting it out with slightly diffrent build-orders, one going for pure tankspam whilst the other goes for tankspam aided by orcas. A very close call for ukOptical and a miracle that he won in the end, only thanks to a star-mammoth tank with its double damage and self-healingness.
Nice start, regular buildorder and some basecrawling to get to the blue ichor, wich got you there a lot faster and gave you an edge over dante at the very start. This followed by a resonably quick tech up and good follow thru, getting the secondairy green Ichor much earlier then Dante but not teching up further and using the zone trooper drops that almost became your downfall to you own advantage. Very well playerd indeed, nice herasment follow up by using your two remaining tanks. You didnt seem to have pressed the tech up key fast enough though and dante could have whiped you out with his railgunnered tanks, but failed to kill enough tanks to secure victory. Also nice thinking blowing up dante's tech center, thats some good herassment, you didnt use your planes much after though wich is a shame. You also lost most of your base to zone troopers but unlike most players you didnt go into a final stance defensive mode but instead pushed on with your miraculous star-mammoth (as you might know this means it killed 9 times its value! wich is why I sort of missed the part of how on earth it got to star-status, its a very rare sight in multiplayer to have a starred tech 3 unit around). You didnt really care enough about your tank in my opinion and you where lucky not to lose it.
Tips for improvement
Don't make your tanks run desperately toward a single target when they're under fire, like you did with the airfield this will mean no focus fire and you will lose out even when you outnumber your enemy, also not all tanks will be in range to fire at all and thirdly some tanks might show their soft backs. Also orcas take forever to reload and dante wasnt microing them well enough to kill more then two tanks.
Press control+s asap when your tech center is ready and half tank production when your money is at 0 so your upgrade will go on.
You had firehawks you might have used them more.
When you notice infantry in your base do something about it ASAP, you where doing something already but you cant live without a base, your wf's can take a beating, your support buildings can't (actually this depends on the situation, in your case it was a very hard call indeed)
First i would like to make clear that Dante is a very good friend of mine so I know his playing style very well and i know he's a pretty good player but i like to comment him a lot nonetheless.
Right, first off, very nice game indeed! you went for a BO supported by orcas wich was very nice. You also used a very strange semi-basecrawl using an outpost to extend your range by just a tiny amount to place refienrys at the blue Ichor, I dont understand why at the momeny but you probably have a good reason for it. Nice quick tech up afterwords and a good attack on his base weakening his forces and taking out number greater then your own. After wich you started to build some jugs wich is a good thing to do in a GDI mirror, but then strangely you dropped snipers allthough the enemy did not have any infantry (ofc. i know of the special walker-threeeyes relationship but there was really no point to it as you where going for a frontal attack anyway). Also i dont get why you left most of your tanks behind your walkers and mammoths, the walkers are very good fire support but you have to have a big sponge in front of it, wich you didnt have as your tanks where sitting uselessly at the back! After this you launched a few zone trooperd worked very well indeed and after a few more tries you killed most of the support buildings wich was very impressive. After this the enemy got an uber mammoth wich you did well to try and defend against but im afread it was invane .

Orca's dont need a full volley to kill a predator!
Why the outpost for a minimal base range increase?
Why did you not send your whole army to attack at times?
Jumping the zone troopers when under attack has no real point as they will take the damage they would take standing doing nothing till they land, better to just make them walk away when its a slower unit.
More scouting please! you should have seen the enemy firehawks comming, and you should have dropped your zone troopers right next to his poorly defended tech center instead of in the middle of nowhere.
When you's about to lose a partly full airfield launch the craft, you can just make a new field and make them land there instead.
