Ich hör einfach drauf was meiner körper will.
Wenn ich bock auf was salziges hab es ich salziges,wenn ich bock auf was fettiges hab.......usw.
Und ich bin weder über- noch untergewichtig, blutwerte sind auch normal.
Also leuts, hört auf eure körper und fresst und sauft worauf ihr bock habt.
