relativit uses hacks in online play

So here's a little explanation...
I'm sure a lot of you have played the Micro Wars map that's been released recently.
Me and *NsP*September (otherwise known as scorpspamer.exe, relativit, feel_the_power, starcraft2>cc3, hyupo.euid, patch1.09_BLOWS (im sure there are many other alternate accounts he has too but you should know who im talking about by now) decided to have a game on it.

Now at the time we only had the older version (where at the end of the map the game doesn't end, you just keep getting buzzers spawned for infinity until a player quits).
So during this time we were both messing around, and suddenly I see his MCV drive into the map from out of view.. at first I think it's quite funny and start looking around the edge of the map for my construction yard.. he told me to "just select it and unpack it"

to my surprise my construction yard isn't visible and I tell him I can't see it...
realising that he's just given away that he hacks (because from past games against cheaters i know that the only people that can see buildings in the black area around the map are maphackers/buildhackers)

he quickly tells me that "it must be something to do with him running widescreen which is why I can't see it"
that kinda verified it for me, i was then 100% sure that he was using hacks and was trying to cover it up because i happen to run the game widescreen as well.

Hope EA hasn't sent off the money already (If he's gonna use hacks in random online games he probly used them in the tournament too)

Der war mir von Anfang an nicht geheuer... Aber meiner Meinung nach zählt ein Match auf einer Funmap nicht ausreichend als Beweis für einen Hack.
Ich wär aber definitiv dran interessiert, ob es weitere Beweise gibt.

This is definitely not his account being hacked, before this game we played a 1v1 which I saved on replay. Then we went straight into this game on micro wars..

(He absolutely owned me in the 1v1 so unless Xanatus has become a top 10 cnc3 player...)

although saying that i wonder if he would own me without hacks

Well, in the past he also freezed some of our members (so i don't doubt that he could have cheating too)

and when i watched his replays i admired him, that he has so good build orders (he builds up barracks and build rockets against seekers he doesn't saw due scouting before, but now i know it wasnt planned in his Bo, it was just reaction cuz of maphack...)

And it isn't cuz of the map that he had seen objects in the dark (it's maphack, otherwise nine would have seen the same anyway if it would be cuz of the map)

ok I have already discussed with apoc the situation. He said he would ban NIN for his actions. Here is my explanation (copied and pasted from email with apoc):

I don't maphack and the replay he says he has is evidence of nothing. I have included the relevant screenshots of him dcing and our conversation on cnc3. He said he would pm you about it, so if he does (or has already) I decided to put together some quick argument:

1) When he first accused me I responded with the fact the games were played on ACETON and there is no cheating on ACETON. He said there were ways around it, and I told him to prove that to EA because as of right now from what I know ACETON for cnc3 is uncracked. He wouldn't tell me how to get around it so I can only conclude that he is lying, or busily trying to figure out a way around it right now.

note: SEE SCREENSHOTS AT END FOR MORE INFO. notice he still has absolutely no proof of getting around ACETON.

2) Nineinchnails is a proven disconnector/cheater, so anything he says should be taken with a lot of salt. Just look at these topics on gr.org alone:

3) The replay in question is on a custom map, micro-arena, where there are no bases (except at the edges). It is buggy and non-official, as at the end in "sudden death" mode buzzers keep spawning forever, and the camera is bugged as well (only if you run widescreen + maybe dual monitor). He says since I moved my mcv I must maphack since he thinks you can only see your mcv if you maphack...only problem is I could definitely see my mcv and i wasn't maphacking. My guess would be it's probably a bug just like how you can sometimes see units coming out a barracks/money coming from a tib spike/seed tiberium coming down through the fog NORMALLY, I would say this happens about 30% online and close to 100% in skirmish. (i can make a video to prove this if absolutely necessary). I could definitely see my mcv and clicked it to undeploy...

Note: for anyone who has any problem with this part, go watch any replay on ta for instance. click the through the eyes mode then look at the tib spikes: do you see the ticks of money coming out even though it is in fog? My guess is it shows up about 30% of the time, I KNOW other people see this its not just me though. This same bug can occur with barracks and with seed tiberium, play vs any nod player and about 30% time u will be able to see the seed tiberium through the fog after you have scouted that area (im not talking about after-vision, im talking about actually being ABLE to see the green tiberium in the tib field even though it came down AFTER your vision from that area was eliminated.)

I just watched the youtube vid. LMFAO. First off I can tell by that vid nin is not using widescreen, and has a lower res than me. Also, his camera view is zoomed sideways, watch this vid http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=QULjGuNK9Yw to see what I mean that you the camera is can be out farther (at about 0:26 notice how the camera changes from being farther out to closer in, and then when I scroll around it no longer goes to farther out mode...I tried selecting my mcv like I did successfully in the replay but it did not work here in this vid.)

to darkkitten, or anyone else claiming widescreen does not have the same camera view as me: do you run dual monitor?

4) obviously I did not maphack in the tournament matches. There is absolutely no evidence of anything like that in any match, there is no moving of units for no reason, there is no "too-good" prediction, etc. I can explain my actions in any match with pure logic, and all the mistakes I made which would've been prevented had I been maphacking. He wonders why I used pitbulls in the final match vs yuri...first off it was obvious yuri would be using apcs since that's what he's done every single other match, 2nd, even if I had been maphacking I would've killed his apcs SLOWER because I would've had to react and build pitbulls AFTER I saw his apcs which obviously didn't happen. I clearly built my pitbulls at the exact same time he built his apcs (1st units out of the fac) so there is no question that was a prediction not reaction. And why was I so surprised when Xeon attempted to mothership me...or when yuri sent those 2 apcs down pipeline and canceled my 2 factories, or..or...the list can go on forever.

another note here: obviously nin has no idea what maphacking is...think about it just for 30 seconds. If someone is maphacking they will be REACTING to the enemy not PREDICTING. How can units that are built at exactly the same time be made because of a maphack when its impossible to see build ques? and better yet, watch all the tournament replays through my eyes. There is no case where I could have seen something then reacted to it properly...

even look at Kane's challenge, if I had maphacked obviously I would have seen dackel's inf coming up the side, or anything like that. There are just too many cases of legitimate surprise for me to maphack.

5) The fact that he's trying to get money out of me/threatening that EA is going to sue me is really quite sad. In fact I could countersue him for threatening me in the first place. In summary please do not listen to his bs and please ban him for disconnecting/being lame The only reason why I wrote/thought out this argument in the first place was not to humor him, but simply because I like arguing and his funny accusations were too good to pass up. I don't know how old Nineinchnails is but I think it's quite amusing that he think tactics like this even work in the real world...

first it would be very stupid to play a match on a custom map and to expose yourself (but to be clever enough not to expose yourself in ranked matches)
second it would be strange if mutaling had exposed hisself without intention and need as much time to understand this - but he walked a long time with his mcv over the map
third it isnt seriously if you want to expose a cheater to try to blackmail him
and fourth I think Aceton is safe, yet (and why didnt you tell you played with Aceton, nineinchnails?)

but I dont understand why mutaling plays with nineinchnails although he doesnt like him and he had problems with him in the past

also it would be nice to repeat the "bug use", mutaling, but I dont think its necessary
