I'm Reborn$pirit and I'm here to defend my mate Dutch$tar.
I was with him on xfire during the game, his wireless connection went down, I saw him logging of xfire, and relogging just minutes after.
After he went online again, he felt he was personally insulted as if he disconnected on purpose, and he has even been called a "retard", you we're kicked from the server when you said this, he even has a screenshot to prove your insult, so he will not ever give a freewin to you guys.
You can check his disconnect / none ratios on all of his accounts, you won't find many, as we don't disconnect on purpose. We don't care about rank, stats or any of that bullshit, we care about respect, skill and we would like to see a friendly and respectful community, not a community that makes the life of some fair players a living hell.

Yes I'm clean, it's not about me, it's about my mate Dutch$tar and this immature behaviour of calling names and giving players a bad reputation they don't deserve, ban the people who deserve a ban, not the people who actually keep this game alive.

Alright, according to his stats he seems to be a fair player since he has no elevated game/dc ratio. And so it may even be true that the dc was not done on purpose.
However, what about the fact that he denied the freewin we rightfully deserve? This cannot be justiyfied by simply saying "he felt insulted". I did NOT insult Dutch$tar by any means. I neutrally asked him for a freewin. Only AFTER his refusal I called him a "dc noob" and signalised a report, which can't be regared as an insult. You just said you are concerned about friendliness and respect and that you don't care about rank and stats. So why the fuss if the dc was not on purpose? Why didn't you sipmly give us the freewin?? Caugth in a paradox.
You just talked about a friendly and resprectful community. According to my definition of such a community, players who lost a game stand by the loss and admit it. Dutch$tar didn't do this by refusing to give us a freewin. And Flapje tell me is it friendly and respectful to say "shut the fuck up" to my mate and to call ea staff "retards"??? This is what dutch did.
Our defitions of immature behaviour also seem to differ a bit. I would call Dutch$tar's behaviour immature because he is simply in a huff, acting like a kid and feeling insulted by what Lord knows.

When he came back online he said, "omg vista installing updates", and the next thing you guys did was threatening him with a freewin or else you would report him, next thing he was hosting a game again, you guys joined and actually one of you told him he was a retard, this was what made him kick you out of his server. And yes, he felt insulted by this.. He never called the EA staff "retards", I don't know why you made this up.

Look, Ill only post once and only once to explain the full story what happened.
When playing the game Vista closed cnc3 and I thought it crashed, but no error came up, I saw all other programs exitting aswell, so I knew Vista was closing.
The Original fight was not even finished yet, true you were on a point on winning in this battle, but sometimes that says absolutely nothing.
When I logged in back in the game, I told the lobby "OMG, stupid Vista with the stupid updates", since I saw my mate was chatting in the lobby with you guys about it.
Either you or your mate made threats that you were going to report me for DCing if I didnt gave you a free win. Im very stubborn in nature and I dont like threats like that, so I already said to myself, these 2 guys will never ever get a free win from me, even if they decide to report me.
After I went to the toilet I decided to host a new game and you guys came in, asking "is this for free win, otherwise report". I told you guys "No, this is not".
Either you or your mate made a point I was a retard and then I decided to kick you from my hosted server.
After that I assume you told the whole Lobby, I was a dc noob, because thats what happened, causing the following 7 guys said I was a dcer and left, really nice thing aswell.

Alright, the consquence was that me and my mate did not get the point we deserved for winning the game. So I asked you to be fair and give us a freewin and said that if you refuse I make an official report about you. So what on earth is threatening about this statement? Indeed it was absolutely justified, neutral and matter of fact, since I report every DCer who denies a freewin.
I didn't insult you nor did I call you a "retard" and for sure you don't have any evidence, my mate may have called you a retard but only after you refused to give us a freewin. So all you can say to defend yourself is "I felt threaten by them", thats quite poor, isn't it? Sorry, I did not know that you are kind of paranoid and feel "threathend" by a neutral request for a freewin. Why don't you dc every game you lose beacuse of the reason that there are tanks in your base and you feel threathend by them?
It may be regarded as settled for your but for me it is not setteled unitl you get what you deserve - a ladder ban.
I hope Seraph or Kiswa are reading this and that punishment will replace any further communication, what is anyway senseless since we both know that my claim is righteous but you simply refuse to comply it due to your unlimited stubbornness.
