The first step towards participating in the Beta program is ordering Command & Conquer 3: Kane’s Wrath. How the Program Works:

Once you receive your copy of Command & Conquer 3: Kane’s Wrath, look for the Command & Conquer Red Alert 3 Beta Key Insert and visit the designated website.

To reserve your spot in the Beta program, you will follow the directions to register with the code printed on the Beta Key Insert.

Once you have registered, you will be entered into the Beta queue. Q: How do I get into the Red Alert 3 Beta Program?

A: By purchasing a copy of Command & Conquer™ 3: Kane's Wrath that has a "C&C Red Alert 3 Beta Key" callout or sticker, you will have the opportunity to enter into the RA3 Beta Key program. Each copy of Kane’s Wrath with the Beta Callout will have an insert to enter into the RA3 Beta Program and a unique code. If you visit the designated website on the insert, enter your unique code and user information before September 15, 2008. You will be entered into the beta queue. A: There are some countries that will not be participating, so check your local country's EA website for details. In North America, every single copy of Kane's Wrath and the Command & Conquer 3 Limited Collection will contain the special invitation to the Red Alert 3 Beta Program if you purchase before September 15th. If you’re not sure about your countries level of participation, look for the Red Alert 3 callout on the packaging in your country. If you see the Red Alert 3 callout, you're safe!

Q: How do I guarantee that I get to be the first one in the Red Alert 3 Beta Program?

Now, some more clarification in case you still have questions:

-If you buy Kane's Wrath at a store or order it online to be delivered, your copy should have a Red Alert 3 beta insert with a key inside of it. If you download Kane's Wrath at the EA store, then you should receive an e-mail with a Beta key code and instructions.

-Once you have your Beta Key, you need to go to our Red Alert 3 Beta Sign-up website which will be live when Kane's Wrath ships and noted on the insert with the game. At the website you must enter in your Beta Key with some basic e-mail information. Once you have completed that you will be put into a waiting line.

-The sooner your register on the RA3 Beta Website, the higher up on the line you will be. Therefore, if you pre-order Kane's Wrath and pick up your copy on Day 1, then register on the website, you will be very high up on the line. That is why you should pre-order Kane's Wrath to 100% ensure you have your copy on Day 1 and can register on the RA3 beta website before everyone else!

The RA3 Beta Website will be live until Sept 15th, 2008, however the RA3 Beta Test is slated to begin sometime this Summer. Now, you can do the math =) While the Beta Test will be huge, it is in your best interest to register on the website as soon as possible to guarantee earliest entry in to the Red Alert 3 Beta Test.

Je früher man sich auf der Beta Seite registriert, desto weiter oben wird man in der Beta Warteschleife sein => so früh wie möglich registrieren.

Wird also eine sehr große Beta. Kann man nur hoffen, dass diese Beta trotzdem lange genug vor Release startet, sonst bringt sie wenig. Außerdem müssen die Entwickler wirklich zuhören.

Stellt sich aber immernoch die frage ob das auch so bei der deutschen / EU version so sein wird oder nur in der NA Version welche ja soviel ich weiss auch n paar tage früher (24.3.) anstatt wie bei uns (27.3) in den läden stehen wird.
